CURRENTLY OPPORTUNITIES:

RESTAURANT MANAGER - Full Time
What are we looking for?
- Service and wine experience of 3 years is required
- Management experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service
-Works well in a small team and willing to pitch in for all areas

Main responsibilities include (but are not limited to)
-Overseeing day to day management of reservations, front of house staff, guests, opening & closing procedures & coffee shop
-Food and wine service
-Maintaining quality of service and restaurant cleanliness
-Ordering of stock
-Maintaining new and on-going staff training
-Set up and organisation of day to day operations
- Management of rosters, stock turnover, wine selections & pairings

CHEF DE RANG (WAITER/WAITRESS) - Part time : Wednesday to Saturday evenings
Hospitality experience prequired.
